To make the bread-
1 tablespoon active yeast
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of warm water
Leave until the yeast is dissolved.
Add 5.5-6 cups of flour mix and knead for 5 minutes.
Place in an oiled bowl, cover and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours or fully risen. ( I am always in a rush so I preheat the oven at about 80 degrees turn off and place the dough in the oven until risen!)
Knead and shape.
If you have time allow the bread to rise again once shaped.
Wash with milk or egg yolk.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees
